1. Dont use Ramadan as an excuse to not exercise.
2. The best time to hit the gym during Ramadan is after sunset ( after your first meal post fasting).
3. Adjust Intensity; Adjust the weights you usually use or the reps.
4. " Hydration, hydration, and more hydration" you should be able to drink at least 2-3 liters while you can. Not at once but trying sipping water while watching Tv or something!
5. " Portions, portions, portions!!!" Dont go all out on food in the evenings! Have portions of protein, carbs, and veggies.
