New favorite green smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
Blend ½ avocado
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons flax oil
2 teaspoons chlorella powder or wheat grass ( available at Spinney's or GNC)
2 leaves kale, roughly chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 ½ cups coconut water or filtered water
Add a handful of ice and continue blending.

BENEFITS:
Purifies your skin and has a lot of omega 3.

Lets PIG OUT this Friday!!!
Lets all celebrate a pig out day! There's nothing wrong with eating whatever you want once a week. Studies show that by doing so you help your body in breaking its routine and it actually gets back on track the next day. We've been craving BIG JUICY CHEESEBURGERS! Yes, I said it or maybe an apple pie topped with a few scoops of Haagen Dazs amazing ice cream. OK don't go all out try just messing 1 and only 1 meal and the rest of the meals try having some yummy fruits or light snacks.
Tip: Skip dinner or have some yogurt or fruits.
AGAIN: Dont go all out!

Blend 3/4 cup frozen cherries
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup coconut water
3/4 tsp agave nectar or just add honey
Blend all the ingredients and add some ice.
Tip: You can add a scoop of vanilla protein for more protein after a workout or as a breakfast smoothie!
