Todays post will be different than what i usually post about. We were invited to a friends house for a lovely gathering a few days ago, and thought i should take something with me. I made thee yummy Chocolate bars with marshmallows that are reaaallly easy to do so i thought of sharing the recipe with u guys ! hope u enjoy!
Chocolate bars, i LOVE Lindt Creamy milk chocolate
Digestive biscuits
Marshmallows
First, Get five bars of chocolate break them in a bowl and put them in the microwave to melt.
While the chocolate is in the microwave, Get a non stick pan and place the digestive biscuits , get the little ones to help u out!
When the chocolate is done mix it with a spatula to make sure their are no pieces of unmelted chocolates in it.
Pour it on top of the digestives and sprinkle the marshmallows on top
Melt another 5 bars of chocolate and pour it to cover the marshmallows, heres the thing, with this layer you can mix whatever you want to make it your own, today i mixed it with peanut butter, you can also add raspberries or strawberries. my first time doing these i added Ferrero Rocher and it was heavenly.
Place it in the fridge for a while until it hardens, once its done chop it up into sqaures and place it in a nice glass container!
