Burn it off!

Dont just sit there and eat! Get up and burn it all off!!

Two large fried chicken from KFC = 90 minutes of tennis


Medium sized french fries- 70 minutes of low-impact aerobics


Loaded nachos- 50 minutes of running at 6.0 mph


Lay's Chips= 90 minute car wash


1 cup of Granola = 65 minutes of circuit training
