Best Drinks of Summer



As the days get hotter, you can depend on these summer beverages to keep you cool!



                                                                                        Fresh Mint Cooler


                                    
Simply Cold water with ice with a hint of mint. It'll refresh you after a long summer day!



 Mango Smoothie


Blend together 1/2 cup of brewed green; 1/2 cup of nonfat yogurt; 1 cup of mango pieces ( I recommend frozen ones at are available in almost every supermarket); 1/2 of honey, and 1 cup of ice. Refreshing yet it has only 270 calories!





                                                                                      Iced green Tea

In a saucepan, pour boiling water over tea bags the cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags from water the squeeze gently into a cup. After that stir in 2 cups cold water and sweetener, stir until sweetener dissolves. Serve over ice or let tea come to room temperature then serve over ice. You add lemons or honey as you wish!



                                                         Cranberry Ginger Fizz Cocktail

  • 6 fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries; 2 lime wedges; 1 teaspoon raw sugar; 1/4 cup (2 ounces) Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail;splash of Canada dry ginger ale; fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries, for garnish; lime wedge, for garnish








     Watermelon Smoothie


    In a blender, simply combine 2 cups chopped watermelon and ¼ cup fat-free milk, and blend for 15 seconds or until smooth. Add 2 cups ice and blend 20 seconds.
