How To: Get Your Summer Body

With summer coming up soon we all want to shape up and tone our bodies and by all i mean us "Lazy LADIES". We found a great set of workouts for you to do while watching your favorite TV shows, and the catch is that you don't even need to jump around!!! But first try to follow these fitness tips to get you started on the process of shaping up the new you!!

Fitness tips:

      1.     Start running
      2.     Drink more water
      3.     Log what you eat
      4.     Never skip breakfast
      5.     Exercise with a friend
      6.     Eat more veggies
      7.     Set your weight goals and reward yourself!
      8.      Enjoy having whatever your heart desires on your cheat day!
      9.     Weigh yourself weekly to track  your progress
     10.  Stay positive!
